La Hacienda is located on a quiet private road which has become known as millionaires row, with the majority of the properties  valued at $2 -3 million plus. The property boasts luxury throughout with a three large bedrooms each with it's own en suite bathroom. There is a large and comfortable  sitting room and a shaded outside dining area. There is a beach at Garafon de Castillas two or three minutes walk from the property, down the private road. This property is perfect for unwinding but also suitable for children.

• Conditions: Maximum number of guests 6, parties are not permitted and no noise at a level that will disturb the neighbours. Security deposit $500 USD.

•  

• The cameras are not for security they are there for the owners to view the property when away;  In twenty two years of building  and renting property on Isla Mujeres, we have never had a break in or witnessed a single crime. The island is one of the safest places in the world.

• Not permitted during the rental period: Events/ Parties, Overnight guests, Pets, Music (sufficiently loud to disturb neighbouring properties) Barbecues.

• Cancellation Policy: Initial payments are not refundable; however, if due to unforeseen circumstances the renter has to cancel the booking, the property can be rebooked (subject to availability) at any time during the 12 months following the original booking date, at the same nightly rate or lower.
