Las Palmas is our most popular property, and one of the most popular on Isla Mujeres chosen for its luxury, large pool and it's secluded setting away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre, yet an easy golf ride into the centre for drinks and dining. It has three bedrooms each with its own luxury bathroom. The property is air conditioned throughout. Las Palmas is located in the quiet residential are of Punta Sur, but still within walking distance of a number of bars and restaurants.

• Not permitted during the rental period: Events/ Parties, Overnight guests, Pets, Music (sufficiently loud to disturb neighbouring properties) Barbecues.

 

Cancellation Policy: Initial payments are not refundable; however, if due to unforeseen circumstances the renter has to cancel the booking, the property can be rebooked (subject to availability) at any time during the 12 months following the original booking date, at the same nightly rate or lower.
